refund policy

All sales are final. There are no refunds unless the event is canceled.

In all cases, processing fees and service charges will not be eligible for a refund.

In the event of cancellations, the event organizer shall not provide a refund for any processing or service fees.

In all other cases, tickets are non-refundable unless authorized by the event organizer.
